Description:
RELA is an open space eye safe receiver designed for laser Range finding equipment.
Fast recovery (300nsec @ 1w) and high sensitivity (4nw) allows ranging to close objects and long range performance.
This ultra low-noise optical receiver is compatible with PIN or APD photodiode.
Its transimpedance gain is about 1Meg ohms (can be modified to fit the application)
And its Bandwidth is 23Mhz.
High speed comparator is included witch provide digital output.
